Amanda Kossak, MD
Amanda grew up in Superior, Wisconsin, along the lovely Lake Superior shore. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of Minnesota-Duluth located in Duluth, MN as well as a masters degree at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. Besides volunteering, she enjoyed working as gymnastics coach for many years.
After graduating, Amanda made the transition to Ross University to complete her medical training where she had the pleasure of enjoying life on the Caribbean island of Dominica for a time. During medical school, she spent time working with the campus EMS team and participating in several clubs.
She chose to come to Mosaic Family Medicine because she felt very welcomed by all those she interacted with. She also felt that her training and quality of life would be top notch in the Fox River Valley.
Amanda enjoys walking her dog, traveling, arts and crafts, motorsports, spending time outside, being with family, and attending baseball, hockey, and football games.
