Stephan Green, DO
Stephan was born and grew up in Green Bay, WI. He graduated from Green Bay East High School and stayed local at UWGB where human biology and chemistry comprised his continued studies. While there, he was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi, a prestigious national honors society. After graduating magna cum laude, he’d spend two years working as a medical scribe and Target employee, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Bellin Health, and at the NEW Community Clinic in GB – prior to attending medical school at KCU. KCU’s emphasis on community outreach work within the curriculum allowed him to exercise his interests in engaging with his underserved neighbors/patients. Working in KCU’s community garden was a favorite pastime.
Outside of medicine, Stephan thoroughly enjoys: reading (Shakespeare and other classics, non-fiction, anything regarding social determinants of health); biking and time at the gym; attempting to cook; playing drums and soccer; and both Star Wars and Star Trek. Growing up in Green Bay, Stephan also bleeds green and gold, naturally. Stephan chose MCW-Fox Valley for its superb staff, impressive clinic resources, and a shared mission to serve the community. His medical interests include nutrition and exercise, pain management, sleep hygiene, vices, and psychiatric concerns – in general, helping patients achieve their health goals.
