MCW/WiNC Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency – Appleton, WI, is seeking a PGY-2 resident to begin with our program on July 1, 2026, ideally with ability for orientation prior.
Eligibility requirements:
♦Applicants must submit the following application materials:
♦Personal statement – why changing to our program/family medicine?
♦Curriculum Vitae
♦USMLE or COMLEX scores (1-2 required, 3 desired)
♦Medical school transcript & diploma
♦MSPE (Dean’s Letter)
♦ECFMG certification (if applicable)
♦Letter of Recommendation from current/previous Program Director
♦If unable to obtain LOR from Program Director, can obtain from Faculty with explanation of why they are writing letter in lieu of PD
♦Documentation of previously completed residency training to include:
♦Academic standing
♦ACGME milestones
♦Summative evaluation – delivery/encounter/procedure logs;
♦Rotations/experiences completed (type, number, length)
♦Two (2) Clinical References in addition to Program Director letter as above

♦Embracing opportunities to develop skills in ambulatory care, hospital medicine, obstetrics, behavioral health, and procedures
♦Strong clinical foundation/training in obstetrics preferred
♦Looking to engage meaningfully within the Fox Valley community
♦Adaptable, team-oriented, ready to integrate into a collaborative learning environment
♦Successful completion of Step/Level of licensing examinations (1 and 2 required, 3 preferred)
♦United States citizen or a lawful permanent USA resident/green card holder
