Please be aware of upcoming sidewalk closures related to the Yellow ramp improvements near the clinic. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for arrival.
Starting November 11, work will begin on the Yellow Ramp and continue through the first weeks of December. The project will be completed in phases:
Phase 1: South Side
Crews will begin working on the southwest corner of the Yellow ramp which will affect sidewalk paths crossing Washington Street—a common route to the clinic. It will be recommended that staff and patients either use the skywalk to enter the clinic or use the crosswalk at Morrison and Washington to come into the clinic on the street level. This work will be about 2 days Nov 17 and 18th The work will then shift to the Southeast corner / Elevator Nov 19 – 24 which will have less impact in the route to the clinic. This work will close the route at Morrison and open the walking route across Washington and Oneida.
Phase 2: Skywalk Work- which will remain open throughout construction.
Crews will be working on the Northside of the skywalk –Nov 25-26 – this will close the Westbound lane for traffic on Washington St. This means that staff and patients will need to enter the ramp at the Franklin street entrance.
Crews will be working on the South skywalk – Dec 1-3 – this will close the Eastbound lane traffic on Washington St – this will be less impactful to the clinic due to being able to enter and exit the ramp from Washington St.
We’ll continue to share updates if there are changes that we are made aware of as this project progresses.

From Hwy. 41 (west of downtown Appleton): Take College Avenue/Hwy. 125 (Exit 137), east into downtown Appleton. Make a left turn onto Appleton Street. Go one block to Washington Street, turn right, take the next right into our Mosaic Family health Parking lot.
From Milwaukee or the south, via Hwy. 41/441/Oneida Street: From Hwy. 41, take Exit 134 onto Hwy. 441 (Hwy. 10). Exit 441 at the Oneida Street exit and go left (north) on Oneida several miles and over the bridge into downtown Appleton. After crossing the bridge, continue onto Appleton Street, turn right onto Washington Street, take the next right into our Mosaic Family health Parking lot.
From Green Bay or the north, via Hwy 41/College Avenue: Take Hwy 41 and exit at College Avenue/Hwy 125 (Exit 137). Go East (left) into downtown Appleton. Make a right turn onto Appleton Street. Go one block to Washington Street, turn right, take the next right into our Mosaic Family health Parking lot.
